CODE OF CONDUCT :
1. General Discipline
- Attend all classes, laboratories, and academic activities regularly and punctually.
- Always wear your college ID card on campus.
- Maintain respectful behaviour toward teachers, staff, and fellow students.
- Avoid loud, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour in classrooms and corridors.
2. Academic Responsibilities
- Complete assignments, practical journals, and academic work honestly and on time.
- No plagiarism, copying, or unfair means in examinations.
- Maintain discipline and follow faculty instructions during classes and labs.
3. Dress Code
- Follow the prescribed dress code/uniform.
- Lab coat and ID card are mandatory during practical sessions and laboratory visits.
4.Laboratory Conduct
- Handle laboratory equipment carefully.
- Follow safety rules and report breakage or accidents immediately.
- Never perform experiments without faculty supervision.
5.Library Discipline
- Maintain silence inside the library.
- Return books on time; fines will apply for late or lost books.
- No eating, loud talking, or mobile phone usage.
6.Campus Behaviour
- Smoking, chewing tobacco, alcohol, drugs, and any banned substances are strictly
prohibited.
- Do not damage or misuse college property; penalties apply.
- Keep the campus clean; use dustbins and conserve water/electricity.
7.Anti-Ragging Norms
- Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited—on campus, off campus, or online.
- Offenders will face strict disciplinary action, including suspension, rustication, or legal
action.
- Report any incident to the Anti-Ragging Committee immediately.
8.Digital & Social Media Etiquette
- Do not post abusive, defamatory, or misleading content related to the college or
individuals.
- Cyberbullying, harassment, or sharing confidential academic material is prohibited.
- Use digital resources ethically and responsibly.
9.Professional & Ethical Conduct
- Behave responsibly as future pharmacy professionals.
- Participate in academic, cultural, and outreach activities.
- Show respect to patients, communities, and visitors during fieldwork or hospital visits.
10. Safety & Grievances
- Report safety issues, harassment, or grievances to the appropriate committee
(Grievance Cell, ICC, Anti-Ragging Cell).
- Students have the right to a safe and respectful learning environment.
11. Disciplinary Actions
Violations of this Code of Conduct may lead to:
- Warning
- Written apology
- Fine or compensation for damage
- Suspension
- Debarment from exams
- Expulsion in severe cases
