Hon. Pradeepji Gurav Sir has almost witnessed all the settlements happened after independence in the domain of education. More than half of his career, he has spent working with Government of Maharashtra in Education department as an Officer, consequently, he has generous amount of experience working as Administrator of education as well as he also served as lecturer at college level for several years. Therefore, he distinguishes about education in and out, which directly contributes positively in the development of JBVP’s pupils.

As per age he retired from Maharashtra Education Services and started his second inning with JBVP as a mentor. He constantly catchphrases one sentence, “If 100 percent students get cultivated because of your teaching then only your teaching method is successful, otherwise even one percent students remain at same point where he has started, as a educator you need to work on your teaching approaches.”

According to Hon. Pradeepji Gurav Sir, student is focused aspect in entire education process, they are future of our country. So we as education system should not give them only knowledge. Instead we should teach them how to live their life with the help of acquired knowledge. Sir is also a huge promoter of ‘Constructivism’ and Activity Based Learning, which is the base of New Education Policy, where students themselves build blocks of knowledge with the help of prior information. His experty and experience in education field colossal assisting pointer for JBVP.
